Ibu Tatik Catering: Indonesische specialiteiten

In 2005 Tatik moved from Jakarta to Brussels where she helped preparing lunches at the Netherlands Embassy a couple of times a week. This way she introduced Indonesian Cuisine. The news spread quickly and Tatik and her Indonesian Buffets (rijsttafel) has become well-known outside the walls of the Embassy.
